It really depends what you're looking to get out of it. I don't really remember much of it, but I think there was some interesting stuff on it. We do get confirmation that Vince legitimately wanted to do an incest angle with Stephanie, so there's that.

Also that Vince is the only one that liked the Katie Vick angle, everyone else hated it, but Vince loved it.

If there is a Wal Mart in your area, you can still find this DVD sometimes in the $5 bin there.

It is worth picking up if you can find it cheap. Two discs - the first a documentary are matches (pretty much every significant match he had up to that point). The cage match with Stone Cold, street fight with Triple H and Hogan street fight are the best offerings, but there are some disasters included such as the match with Stephanie.
The documentary I need to rewatch, but as has been said the most stunning revelation was the Stephanie angle that he was wanting to go through with but got shot down. A lot is glossed over if I remember correctly and it is insanely biassed (which you might expect). The most glaring omission (if I am remembering this right) is that they do not mention or address the whole steroid case the early 90s in any way whatsoever.

I'd recommend giving it a watch. It's solid, and likely as close as we're going to get to an official biography for a good long time.
