Honestly, this didn't really get to me, but the "lost my smile" speech 18 months later made me think something was really, really wrong with Shawn that they couldn't even say on-air.

The Shawn Michaels collapsing angle was probably the first time I was affected by a Pro Wrestling storyline. He sold it perfectly, I actually thought he died as a kid. Made me excited to see him win the 96 Rumble and go to Wrestlemania XII. Might be one of the better injury storylines they've ever done.

What really put this over the top was Owen Hart's reaction. Owen had no idea that it was going to happen, so he ended up breaking character and legit look concerned as if something had legit gone wrong. |

Tell Me A Lie was a song I liked listening to on the Anthology CD. I typically don't like non-themes on CDs but it is the type of song I would enjoy listening to on radio so it had a place on the CD for me. Definitely a song I would hear if losing someone in my life.
