This is mean, but I always enjoy seeing referees getting attacked, although the adage of them going down like a sack of potatoes is still annoying.
I finally got a bunch of DVDs I mentioned on the Home Video thread and saw the Intercontinental Championship battle royale, where Booker T was the victim of a Dusty Finish. He clearly won it to the audience and Pat Patterson was ready to give him the belt, when Christian, the sore loser, swiped the belt and attacked him. He then throws Booker T over, and the referee sees this (unaware of the fact that Christian was already eliminated since the ref was knocked out at that time), and gives Christian the belt. I have no problems with this (because I liked how obnoxious Christian was for that time period and I can't get enough of "Christian Opera"), but I felt that guy should've been attacked for that due to gross incompetence. I dunno why.
Any other times where you felt like that you wished you saw a dumb ref get attacked?
