Guess she got re-bitten by the wrestling bug. She was on the fast track to the main roster before she decided to leave. Only thing holding her back was her in ring skills.

Bad news for me. She was really dreadful in the ring (other than a nice Gory Bomb) and she was such a pantomime actress. Summer does a much better job of a similar style.

I believe the explicit reason was that she was leaving to get her college degree with it being implied (mostly by other people) that she didn't want to do wrestling anymore.
