I know WWE magazine does articles every now and then about what some of them eat and how they train. I just typed in Randy Orton fan site into google and the first site it listed has a section devoted to his workout routine. Not much about his diet though.

It's actually kind of funny reading Lance Storm's workout that at least when he's talking about food you can definitely get vibes of his serious-faced/no-fun-allowed character. But hey, not everyone has to be a foodie.

I would imagine that Cesaro does workouts similar to powerlifters and Strongman competitors. Found a quick video about it on WWE's Youtube account, including footage of him doing a one-armed barbell power snatch . This man is beast-mode incarnate, and makes me wanna add some of these moves to my own workouts.

I remember WWE magazine having an article about Ziggler's ab exercises once, and I followed that routine for months. Really helped with my core and gave me pretty good abdominals. It's just a shame I got lazy around the start of Summer and have accumulated a bit of a gut. Should probably find that magazine again....
Also, Big Zeke's got a Youtube channel where he cooks stuff, if you want the really exciting stuff.

But hey, not everyone has to be a foodie. It's funny because he's toned it down somewhat after semi-retiring. Like, he doesn't always eat egg white omelets anymore and is addicted to Tim Horton's coffee. He's also kind of a freak naturally. Anyways I read that many wrestlers do DDP Yoga and Jericho credited the yoga for the reason he isn't retired yet.

That's a pretty smart move on Punk's part as far as nutrition is concerned. Black beans are pretty cheap, yet have a lot of protein and fiber.

Jericho, Ryback, Edge, Shad Gaspard, Titus, Primo, Marc Mero, Dan Severn, RVD, and Perry Saturn are all listed on the DDP Yoga site as being advocates. Via Twitter - Brodus Clay, Kharma, Stevie Richards, Zack Ryder, Maria Kanellis, Goldust, Justin Credible, Stone Cold, Hurricane Helms, Michelle McCool, Scotty Riggs, Tommy Dreamer, Curt Hawkins, Derrick Bateman and a buttload more past and present wrestlers all do it, plus Jake Roberts and Scott Hall. Hall in particular looks great in recent weeks , something you could not say about him for years.

I think it was Triple H who said if he were forced to eat fast food he would buy two of the biggest burgers with as many vegetable toppings as possible, and then remove the bun from one of them and combine them into one super burger.

Ignoring the heart attack, Jerry Lawler has been really lucky. Abysmal diet and he almost never goes to the gym.
DDP Yoga is being used by countless people as listed. Stevie Richards is apparently becoming a trainer
