He should be a major player.
Great mic skills. Great wrestling ability. Great look. Great commitment to the various twists on his character he has portrayed. I see no reason he shouldn't be a top player.

If everything with Cody leads to him getting the World title, maybe after a lengthy feud with Sandow, I am a-okay with that. Guy deserves that and so much more; didn't like the guy initially, but his work in Legacy completely sold me on him and he's just gotten better and better since.

I didn't bother to read that article when it was first posted on wwe.com, but after reading it now it truly is a fascinating upbringing. Should make for a good chapter on a future dvd.

Body dysmorphic Cody Rhodes is one of my favorite gimmicks of all-time. I'm forever sold on him.

Cody Rhodes was at his best when he was dashing and then they took that away from him, made a goofy heel that I just could not take seriously before reverting back to making him an unmemorable heel.
After the mustache, I just can not see Cody Rhodes really doing anything that warrants being the top guy. He is fine where he is right now.
It certainly does not help that his family members were filled with a lot of personality and brought new forms of entertainment to the industry.

If WWE want to, they could make Kofi, Ziggler, and Cody big stars. Regardless of how things play out with Bryan, they should make a big story for each of them. Look at the crazy boost Cody got this week just from him being a side character in this current story. That's how Mick, Rock, and others got over in the past and I have no doubt the exact same formula could work for these guys if WWE could apply it to them.
Thankfully, they at least seem to be giving Ziggler and Cody a rub. I hope it leads to what I'm talking about.

Cody Rhodes has everything Randy Orton has, and more personality.

He has everything but a great look. Like he was known as CAWdy Rhodes for the longest time. But I still see him as a major player and I'm not complaining.

At this point I'd rather see Cody pushed all the way to WWE Title Level or not at all. He deserves better than to settle for the consolation prize as an afterthought. Unless they decide to have Cody go through with the declaration he made in 2011 about winning both the WHC and IC Titles (and ultimately retiring the World Title).

So if Cody was 14 when the outsiders came in to WCW and he met the Big Show when he first came in to WCW then Cody actually knew the Big Show when he was 12.
Stephanie is obviously jealous of Cody so lied to be like him
