With Dixie recently revealing that Christian is one of the former TNA talents she would like to see return to the fold the most and, in my opinion, Christians current WWE run falling flat due to injury and other unforseen circumstances how would you book Captain Charisma's return to Impact Wrestling if he did decide to once again cross the line?
Personally I feel as if it would be better to bring him in and have him go after Kurt Angle, following on from his original write out story line. After some wins over Angle which wouldn't hurt any of the TNA Originals and build Christian up to the point of being an Upper Midcarder at least I honestly feel having him go into a feud with AJ Styles using the history of the Christian Coalition to fuel the fire. After that I feel him slipping into a Main Event tag team with Sting and having a run with the tag titles to improve their prestige would be a good way to showcase Sting and himself while allowing the TNA Originals more room to move at the top of the card. Eventually he should work his way to another championship run and be moved into the position that Sting has taken over the past few years, locker room leader and lock in for the TNA Hall of Fame.
So, what's your thoughts FAN?

Just have him show up unannounced and win the title.
Not particularly creative I know, but that's what they would probably do.

Fair enough if it is however I'm trying to steer away from the negativity of usual TNA section threads and I'm also really interested in hearing FAN's booking ideas. I've always thought that people on here really do armchair book quite well when it comes to it and those sort of threads are usually good.

If he came back they'd have to use him like HBK in his second run as the veteran that just has good matches. Some hype videos and big fanfare before someone crashes the party and then go from there.
All of that said, I don't see him ever going back.

I'd be really disappointed to see him go back to TNA, and I can't imagine he'd want to. To work for less money in front of a smaller audience with less support/resources if he incurred injury. And regardless of what I'd like him to do it's TNA so there's really only three options: Be in the terrible heel stable that dominates the top of the card, be against the terrible heel stable that dominates the top of the card or spin wheels in the midcard. None of that's appealing, imo. If he goes there I would support him and watch his stuff but I think it would be something of a worst case scenario for everyone involved, especially Christian. It's bad enough that Joe and Daniels are stuck there doing nothing.

Maybe have him come back as a delusional heel who thinks he's a beloved legend but is really an obnoxious egomaniac. Maybe have him take on a younger guy as his "protege", so that when he retires TNA has a new cocky heel.

never going to happen. I think he'd rather just retire. he was pretty miserable towards the end of his TNA run by most accounts.

Not to say you have to enjoy whatever they're doing...but Joe and Daniels are "doing nothing"? Geez. You would say that they aren't? They were both in the BFG series, both spent quite a bit of time high in the rankings and getting a lot of good showings, and Daniels just main evented last week against Aries in one of the better matches on Impact in a long time. It's not to say it's perfect, of course; Joe's situation would look a lot better right now if the Aces and Eights plot didn't feel like it was stuck in the mud, for example. But Daniels has been booked as a big deal alongside Roode and Kaz and gotten plenty of mic time, and Joe has mostly looked dominant and only lost some BFG matches via fluke or interference.

Wasn't he the guy who would get pissed at people in airports who would ask him why he wasn't wrestling anymore, even though he was in TNA? If that WAS him, why would he go back to that?

That Aries and Daniels match was excellent, one of the best matches I've seen all year. I think it says a lot that there have been 3 BFG series and Joe and Daniels have never won it and between the two of them over three years only once has one of them been in the final four. I can't remember the last time either of them had a world title match on PPV, I believe Daniels had one in late 2009 but then it was time to put over Val Venis. I guess my thought is if Christian is going to work very few matches and get hurt a lot WWE is a much more conducive environment.

With a guy like Christian, who's probably approaching the end of his career, it's probably better to just get it done quickly and give him the title. He doesn't really need a particularly elaborate or drawn out booking plan. If he went back to TNA, it would likely be the last company move of his career, so they have to get the best out of him instantly.

Just as a little note I don't think he's going to go to TNA, it's called fantasy booking for a reason. It's such a shame that some people are so jaded that it can't be taken as simply the exercise in creativity that it was clearly meant to be.

As someone else said, I would use him in roughly the same way that WWE is using in that post 2002 HBK role. An upper card guy that only gets beat by the top guys or up-comers that the company wants to strap a rocket onto.
