They were both in the BFG series, both spent quite a bit of time high in the rankings and getting a lot of good showings, and Daniels just main evented last week against Aries in one of the better matches on Impact in a long time. It's not to say it's perfect, of course; Joe's situation would look a lot better right now if the Aces and Eights plot didn't feel like it was stuck in the mud, for example. But Daniels has been booked as a big deal alongside Roode and Kaz and gotten plenty of mic time, and Joe has mostly looked dominant and only lost some BFG matches via fluke or interference. That Aries and Daniels match was excellent, one of the best matches I've seen all year. I think it says a lot that there have been 3 BFG series and Joe and Daniels have never won it and between the two of them over three years only once has one of them been in the final four. I can't remember the last time either of them had a world title match on PPV, I believe Daniels had one in late 2009 but then it was time to put over Val Venis. I guess my thought is if Christian is going to work very few matches and get hurt a lot WWE is a much more conducive environment. Daniels had a two week feud with Jeff Hardy for the title in the beginning of this year. He has been one of the most featured performers in the company. Even when he isn't wrestling, it seems he is getting mic time and involvement in some way. Now he is in EGO, which figures to displace Aces and Eights as the lead group in the company when A&8 disbands for good (hopefully). Joe's only losses in the BFG Series were to Daniels (after Anderson distraction), and to Jeff Hardy (via a roll-up, if I recall). Joe could be used better, but 2012 was the year to build him back up after Russo's burial of him, and this year he has been pushed pretty hard despite being trapped in the A&8's story. He is clearly a main eventer in TNA again. Hopefully they do something more with him after the Aces and Eights story is over, but in no way is he doing nothing. Not everyone can be world champion in TNA. They have one heavyweight title (depending on the status of the TV belt). No mid-card titles. It's not like the WWE which has 150 titles.

Easy. Do another series of cryptic mystery person videos like the "August 1 Warning" ones but instead of him sitting in the dark, there is some sort of blue dot hiding his face. And he keeps getting interrupted during the videos by what appear to be slaves from a region in southeast Asia, from Malaysia perhaps.

I'd put him in a tag team with Kurt Angle and have them do a bromance gimmick. A run with the tag titles would give the division a shot in the arm while also providing us with some entertaining segments.

Well since I am so jaded here is my second attempt at this Resign Petey Williams and pair him with Christian, Eric Young, and Bobby Roode Team Canada 2.0. Roode finances the team, Eric Young goes back to being serious paired with Christian as the tag team specialist and Williams is the X Division fighter let them capture the main titles and run over the TNA roster
