Tonight, Raw is live in "bizarro world", Toronto, Ontario Canada, with Night of Champions only one week away.
Last week on Raw, Cody Rhodes' career was put on the line against the WWE champion Randy Orton. However, despite his best efforts, Cody was unable to defeat the champ, and would be fired at the hands of C.O.O Triple H. Tonight, Cody's brother Dustin Rhodes has vowed to return tonight and face off with Randy Orton. Can Goldust win back his brother's job?
WWE Hall of Famer Edge returns to Raw for one night only. What will be his thoughts on the whole situation with Triple H and the WWE locker room?
Daniel Bryan's road to Night of Champions has been plagued with beatdown after beatdown by the champ Randy Orton, The Shield, and anyone that Triple H and Stephanie have forced against him. Can he survive tonight against whatever Triple H and the McMahons have put against him?
Speaking of the Shield, it seems that Dolph Ziggler has raised the ire of the US Champion Dean Ambrose. Will these two face off with each other tonight?
CM Punk is tired of talking and wants to get his hands on Paul Heyman and Curtis Axel. With one week until Night of Champions, can Punk get some revenge early?
As Rob Van Dam's title shot comes closer, what will World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio do to slow down Van Dam's momentum?
The Prime Time Players have been on a roll as of late, will that roll lead into a possible title shot in the near future?
AJ Lee has not made herself very popular with the other Divas, and with a fatal four way at Night of Champions, can she make it to the PPV in one piece?
All this, and more Los Matadores video packages, tonight on Raw

The worst part is that you know Dustin is going to lose. It's the way the whole angle has been booked. The faces get screwed every week.

Yeah, it's pretty much a given since you know Cody's not coming back for a while. But it will still be good to see him on Raw.

I know its probably going to end in another Bryan beatdown so I will prepare myself for that.

Amazing that this is the first RAW in Toronto since May 2010, a show I attended. Have a feeling this show may not be as fun as that one was (Edge vs. Christian, unexpected Undertaker cameo, Bret Hart "winning" the US Title, random Buzz Aldrin appearance).
Fun fact, that night, I watched a dark match featuring a freshly unmasked Dos Caras Jr. - he was not yet at the time destined for greatness as Alberto Del Rio.

Randy and Jack on the mat. What's better than that?

I'm all for the Shield and Big Show whipping Goldust's ass, he was a great character but I've always gotten the vibe that he's something of a dick. So beatdown with all of your might, Corporation.

Maybe Canada will yield a happy non-beatdown ending tonight.

The WWE.com graphic went from saying Goldust this weekend to this:
DUSTIN RHODES VS. RANDY ORTON After a series of tweets from Dustin Rhodes in support of getting his brother, Cody Rhodes, rehired, WWE COO Triple H agreed to pit Dustin in a match against WWE Champion Randy Orton in a bid to revive Cody's career.

If it's just plain old Dustin, that's a big meh, much like Dustin's non-Goldust career.

I'm going to be optimstic and say Goldust wins after a distraction from Bryan, but Cody refuses to apologize.
Either way, the show's going to end with Bryan on his back and Orton holding up the title. And if it does I honestly feel inclined to stop watching for awhile.

It's the go home show for NOC, so surely D-Bry has to do something to trick people into thinking that he has a chance in hell of winning come Sunday, right?
