They had a pretty cool storyline going with some tension, will they won't they, Big E was more like a big brother and above taking advantage of her in her rage like all the others. And now, Big E is by himself and "more focused than ever going forward", according to Josh Mathews on Main Event. I am disappointed, I thought it was great charcter stuff for Langston that would help flesh him out and show fans he's more than just a big ol' hoss.

Eh, it's better for the long run and they did about all they could do with it. Besides, it's WWE and unless it happens on Raw, I wouldn't put much stock into it.

I still think there's a big chance they're putting Big E. with Paul Heyman at Night of Champions.

IMO the most entertaining thing about them was Big E trying to look serious and intimidating while AJ's music played in the background.

I don't mind them breaking up the pairing, but the story needed some resolution. It just fizzled out with no explanation, and I don't think we're gonna get one. The commentary was focused on Big E now being away from the "distractions" of AJ and Ziggler and doing his own thing, I don't see why that would be a talking point if they weren't broken up.

Maybe they're planning on turning him face. He's one of few guys I think I'd like better as one.

A face turn via saving some poor fool from Ryback would be really entertaining.

Maybe they're planning on turning him face. He's one of few guys I think I'd like better as one. I thought maybe the reason they dropped it was because they don't want either to be a face right now, and couldn't figure a way out without turning one of them. It would've been so easy to turn him face in that program, just have him be the nice guy that AJ leads on but she ends up with some jerk instead. He will turn face eventually, can't wait.

I liked it, and it does suck that they dropped it. I don't think they ever had a storyline for them though. It's as if they wrote it on the fly, before ever Raw and Smackdown. It had some much potential in many different directions, but in the end, they really dropped the ball on this one.

That's why I think it could work out great if he's the next "Heyman guy". Because when he splits from Heyman and goes babyface, it could get over huge.

They should have dropped the romance thing but I don't see why they couldn't have still been in each other's corners and both stay heel. Then maybe come back to it later

I said right from the start that Big E should have been brought in as AJ's big brother. Even if they did their own thing, from time to time he'd be there to support her. They would play it as just sibling affection, but in reality, it would give AJ a massive intimidation factor over the other Divas.

Maybe one day they will revisit it. Once the Ziggler feud ended prematurely, they had no real reason to stick with each other. AJ is back in the Divas division full time. Hopefully WWE has something planned for Big E soon.

I still think there's a big chance they're putting Big E. with Paul Heyman at Night of Champions. I would like that, but at the same time I don't see them doing it be3cause Heyman's already got Brock, and Big E is like a shorter version of him. Of course, if they built to Big E vs. Brock Lesnar, say next year at Summerslam, I'd mark out bro.

If they do turn him face then ok, but right now he has absolutely nothing.

It is lame that they dropped the entire Ziggler/AJ/BigE faction so quickly. They were damn good together. One of the best under-the-radar groups in WWE in a long while.
And they split them up - for what? Dolph to have the WHC for 60 seconds then nothing. Big E disappears. AJ starts a storyline with the other Divas that could have easily happened with her still in Ziggler/AJ/BigE clique.
I dunno, hopefully they revisit it after Dolph gets out of the dog house.
