I said in another thread that this is actually Edge's fault for making the Money In The Bank concept so popular that they based a whole PPV around it. If that PPV didn't exist, Punk wouldn't have even have gotten that match that led to HHH hating on Bryan.

It's Bret Hart's fault. If he never wished to leave for WCW, Vince McMahon would've never screwed him over in Montreal, which would therefore never lead to the Mr. McMahon character.
