Yep. It's amazing you can take vicious shots and nothing happens, but you do something like land or step wrong, and you're injured or in pain.

At work about a year ago, I lifted up a box that couldn't be more than 10 pounds wrongly, and I either pulled something or got a pinched nerve. Hell, how many times have you stepped off a curb or steps, and your ankle wound up hurting? Freaking human body, you do something minor wrong, and it will let you know.

Triple H's quad going at during the DX-Rated RKO match is the prime example of this IMO. Doing something he's done a bunch of times, not particularly high impact but his leg just goes.

Add a little pre-injury or a minor tear/strain here there, and suddenly something minor causes a big injury. I always thought Lita's injury was one of those. A wear-and-tear sort of thing.

If you watch, right before they switch camera angles it looks like her leg is still extended when she hits the ground instead of landing on her knees the way you're supposed to. Just a freak accident.

Hell, you can just look at the gif right above your post. Lita does a suicide dive that really could have screwed up her back/neck, but turns out fine. A few weeks later, she does a much safer move and tears her ACL.
