Not at all. If Hogan in his present day state was capable of boosting ratings and buyrates for TNA there would have been some sign of that happening by now but there just isn't. People can blame TNA all they want, saying they can't promote events but they tried, they did everything Hogan and Bischoff wanted and the interest in a Hulk Hogan just wasn't there in the long term.
If Hogan does have one last match in him, Hardy is the last person I'd pair him with, it would be as cringe inducing as when Russo paired Hogan with Kidman. Hogan needs someone big and brash to work with in his present day state because logic dictates he should be the underdog and Hardy works best in that role too, plus he's one of those guys the audience seems to love whatever he does. The only upside would be 3000 people booing a face Hulk Hogan as he stands victorious over Jeff Hardy, maybe even pelting him with garbage... It would be a heck of a sight.
