With seasons and so forth, what would you have occur in the series finale?
I think it'd have to end with the entire McMahon family being arrested for corporate fraud.

I'd just have whoever the top face/protagonist resolve his entire character arc and then Power Rangers it the season after with new wrestlers in the same company, a few old wrestlers remaining, others being written out by going to travel around the world to fight demons or something(I subscribe to the idea that wrestling plot should involve the fate of the world if possible).

For the most part, Wrestlemania usually feels like a season finale for the previous year's stories, with big angles reaching their climaxes and being wrapped up, and new characters debuting shortly thereafter.

If there is no hot female villain, I refuse to watch. Wouldn't the Power Rangers comparison mean that it would be a completely separate wrestling company each year that somehow also bears the WWE name for whatever reason?

Undertaker and Zack Ryder start selling meth after Taker finds out he's mortal. He can only hope his brother Kane doesn't catch them.

We'd get "WWE in Space", which acts as an epic finale to six seasons worth of WWE storylines. It ends with Daniel Bryan hitting the Busaiku Knee on John Cena to eliminate all evil forces in the WWE Universe.

Cena, having turned heel and kicked off a New Boom Period by becoming the ultimate soulless corporate champion, finally turns face again and topples the evil corporate regime while simultaneously winning his record 17th championship and promptly retiring. As he stands in the ring, smiling while the fans chant "PLEASE DON'T GO!", his body is suddenly consumed by a bright light and he appears to fade away. The screen cuts to black, followed by a simple message: "Professor John Cena never returned home." {Spoiler}{Spoiler}(It is revealed months later in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that Cena was actually a Professor of Quantum Thuganomics.)

At least once, Vince would have to say "Hey hey hey, what's going on here?"

I'd like to imagine that the energy wave caused by Bryan hitting the Busaiku Knee on Cena turned Party Boy Guido Zack Ryder into generic babyface Ryder, Masked Cody Rhodes into whatever Cody is supposed to be now, and NXT4 Brodus Clay and Lord Tensai into Tons of Funk. It had no effect on CM Punk aside from singeing his hair and his beard.

To be honest i'd love if WWE had seasons as long as they had supplemental programming to bridge the gap. Wrestlers would get a break and so would we.
I'd be afraid that they would be too bullheaded with some angles if they had they time to sit there to plan stuff out and not adjust to crowd response.

I like to think of certain moments as ending a "season", so to speak. Like, the last one started after WM 29, which ended with Rock/Cena, and ended either at Bryan's Summerslam celebration or Orton cashing in.

Triple H slowly walks up the ramp, sighs, says "Game over" then shuts off the power to the arena.

I think it would culminate with the McMahon Family suddenly powerless to stop an all-out talent war between their "WWE style" superstars and the new "indy generation" stars that are just being made. A war that the McMahons are completely responsible for.
Legions of young stars rally behind CM Punk, Daniel Bryan and the Shield as they seek to tear down the establishment and forcibly remove the McMahons from power to usher in a new boom period. Mistakenly, HHH runs to the other side for protection from the McMahons but is cannibalized by "his own people" for having done so many of them wrong over the years. Cena, Orton and Ryback lead the charge for the other side, looking to destroy anyone who doesn't fit the mold of what a WWE superstar should be and they carry out their mission with a "Terminator-esque" proficiency. The war spills across all shows, even leaving Saturday Morning Slam and NXT smoldering battlegrounds...a reminder of just how much this war is going to cost everyone. The neverending brawl brings interviews to an end, rages across every video on WWE.com and consumes the entire WWE Universe in its wake.
The McMahons call upon the superstars of old to try and take back control of the WWE, enlisting many of the attitude era stars and drafting anyone unfortunate enough to be stuck in a Legends Contract into immediate service. Led by stars such as the Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bret Hart, this new force must then wage a war on two fronts, first against the established talents who have replaced them among the WWE hierarchy, then against the new generation whom they themselves inspired. This new force is almost immediately crushed under the combined weight of what the WWE was supposedly MEANT to become, and what it actually DID become.
Casualties soar on both sides as popular stars and storied workhorses fall asunder, unable to keep up the battle. Both sides assault the Hall of Fame, destroying everything in their path and finishing off the Hall of Famers one at a time. Among them, Drew Carey is crucified and left to rot in front of the devastated offices of the WWE Headquarters. Things are beyond grim at this point and it's becoming clear that the WWE will not survive unless something miraculous occurs.
In a last ditch effort, Vince McMahon himself calls upon the Undertaker and begs him to return to the WWE and once again set the wrongs right and give him back what was now tearing itself apart. The Phenom indeed returns but he isn't alone. Kane comes with him and together, they combine their supernatural might to resurrect Paul Bearer in a malestrom of occult power. Together, this new "family" uses their powers to destroy EVERYTHING. The WWE is plunged into destruction and torn apart as all wrestlers are hurled to the farthest corners of the wrestling world, many never to be heard from again. Even the McMahon Family are pulled into the abyss, save for Vince who comes face to face with the Phenom.
Vincen falls to his knees, seeing his entire empire crumbled around him. He looks up to the Undertaker and asks "why"...but the Deadman grabs him by the throat and simply says "REST IN PEACE" before he throws Vince into the void a la the Empire in Star Wars. And then, with what's left of the power between the Undertaker, Kane and the spirit of Paul Bearer, they merge together and let the energy erupt across the wrestling world. New companies begin to sprout, some gaining some traction and exposure in the wake of the E's destruction. And the spirit of the Phenom is finally laid to rest as his final "death" gives birth to "new life" in the form of another chance for professional wrestling as they turn back the clocks to what would be referred to as "Year Zero".
And when it's all said and done, JTG will emerge from his bunker. Ready to reclaim a lifetime's worth of WWE paychecks.
