yoshi tatsu did exactly what he was doing in WWE. nothing.
bad match by AJ's standards.
Swagsuke/Shibata was such a disappointment. It's a good match. close to 4 stars, but they looked really off their game last night, especially Nakamura. Their G1 match this year was much better than this
ishii/goto on the other hand though...

Taguchi/Taichi was the most WWE-esque non-WWE match I've ever seen.

I love Kenny Omega's new look but I hate the fact that he joined the Bullet Club. It's not even like a heel "oooh, you worked me" way, because it was obvious he would join after signing due to every gaijin making their way into it by default. I'm just not interested.

I know this is either a stupid question or been asked a million times....but do you have to order these shows as iPPVs, or is there somewhere to watch these online?
Cheers

I found funny how the commentators where naming the WWE every single time in the yoshihatsu match Is up there with cole mentioning the network in all the matches That's because they are fans of WWE and name drop them every time a former WWE person is there. Hell, the bookers book the company WWE style though just few actually notices it.

I did like the Ishii/Goto match, but I can't help but feel the Ishii matches this year have been a bit overrated. They're all good, make no mistake, but none that I've seen have been MOTY quality, in my opinion. I feel like if you've seen one, you've seen them all. The strong style type matches can be fun, but also are hard for me to get into because they are a bit more unbelievable, based on how much damage everyone in matches with Ishii can apparently soak up.
I dunno, still good matches.

Consistent three to three and a half star matches, which is fine, but I don't understand the love or why everyone thinks every match he wrestles is a five star classic when they're pretty samey. Goto is my dude though.

I dunno, still good matches. I do find it pretty funny how Ishii wrestles a lot like Davey Richards, yet doesn't get anywhere near the amount of grief the latter does for doing so. There are some big differences between Davey and Ishii: 1- Ishii knows how to pace a match. Yeah, he may go up to eleven from the start but he will flame out and work that into the match. Davey just goes, no rhyme or reason; 2- Ishii doesn't have 12938197319731293123913893 moves that could be finishers. Heck, is moveset is VERY basic. But he works with it so well you'll believe he can finish you off with a vertical drop brainbuster. Davey? Yeah, I don't even know which of his billion moves is his finisher; 3- Ishii is built like a rock. The guy just looks like someone who would take a lot of punishment standing and laugh at the face of his aggressor. Davey has a well built body, but a normal one. Thus, both no sell, both no sell too much, but Davey will get more slack because he doesn't look like a rock. In fact, I don't think there's anyone in the wrestling world with a more "this guy can take a beating and laugh during it" look than Ishii; 4- Nothing about Ishii is pretentious. All of Davey seems o be pretentious. Yeah, I guess those distintions are enough

Plus, I'm sure Ishii hasn't told anybody he was going to retire to become a firefighter just as an excuse because he was being petty. Not to mention Ishii also hasn't stiffed people out of money during bookings.

I don't think Ishii has countered a superplex with a suplex to the outside. Ishii > Douchebag Kid
