So...
Maybe Big Show will come out.
Maybe Big Show will help Bryan win.
Maybe Big Show will turn heel and help Orton win.
I feel like any intelligent viewer familiar with how wrestling storylines go could predict this.
The guy who's been heavily featured on TV in this storyline and doesn't have a match, might play a role in the match? He might help Bryan or he might help Orton? Great reporting guys.

My guess is Bryan's winning until Orton flips out and goes berserk and starts beating him down with a chair, causing a DQ win for Bryan, then RKOs him through the announce table, then Triple H comes out and says no one wants to see the WWE Championship won by disqualification, so he'll do what's BEST FOR BUSINESS and restart the match, and Orton rolls the now mostly-dead Bryan back into the ring and pins him easily.
And hopefully it'll technically count as a 3rd WWE title reign for Bryan, so he can now be a 3-time champion and still have held the belt for less than 24hrs total.

Well I heard that Bryan may win the match if Orton doesn't win the match OR it may even end in some kind of draw or no contest. I can't reveal my sources.

So, I'm assuming this means the match will be 18 seconds, and end with Bryan winning (via DQ) then Alberto Del Rio somehow ends up with the title.
