Results of the Saturday games on the 9th League Day of the Pony Bundesliga... After an early lead, Vinyl Scratch's team luckily held on to the score, beating Apple Bloom by 1:0. Vinyl Scratch: Wow, my players looked powered out today! I guess tonight's victory celebration will be a lot more quieter...*drops the bass volume* Apple Bloom: Its not fair! Its just not fair! Mah team gave it their all! Why didn't they score? *sniffles* Taking a while to get into second gear, Twilight Sparkle's team came out on top, defeating Applejack with 4:1. Twilight Sparkle: As expected, I won. There were some slight complications in my early strategy but nothing unsalvageable. I am happy to see my strategies still work!  Applejack: Despite de loss, mah team gave it their all. Ah'm proud of 'em. Still, we hav ta make some points somehow. In a terrible match, both Princess Cadance's team and Carrot Top's team managed to score the first 0:0 draw of the season. Princess Cadance: Yes, it was hard to look at. But still nothing that a little love won't fix and which will lead my players to more success. Carrot Top: Well, we didn't lose with my modifications but my players were so lethargic out there...Have to do some slight modifications again. On the other end of the spectrum, Fluttershy's team fought tooth and nail but ultimately lost to Lyra's team with 2:3. Fluttershy: Oh my, but we tried so hard. I could feel that we were on the cusp of victory. But, it is good that nopony got hurt. Lyra: That was a close one but my little humans proved that they were better! Now onwards to more victories! An entertaining match brought a 1:1 draw to the teams of Princess Luna and Derpy Hooves. Princess Luna: This is the third draw in a row! We don't understand why our team always looks so tired in the last few minutes! Guess we will have some more dream training to do! Derpy Hooves: Half muffin again? Want a full muffin soon! *growls* Scootaloo continues to impress, scoring a 1:0 victory against Octavia's team. Scootaloo: Awesome! I am sure that will impress Rainbow Dash! Woo hoo! Octavia: That annoying kid should be happy for now. I will keep improving my team's culture so that we will win next time. |
