First off i'll say i'm not a huge fan of the Miz, but last night when he ran down to attack Orton before their match, I was really impressed with his intensity. The rapid fire punches, wild eyes, pushing past the referees just to get a little bit more of Orton. That's old school babyface fire right there. Usually when WWE do the "babyface gets pulled off the heel" thing, most of the time the face isn't convincing in his wanting to get his hands on the heel. Last night the Miz was, and I was impressed.

Breaking news: Maryse left him last night. For his dad. Who scoffed at him and then blam'd his ex-fiancee while wearing a Miz T-shirt.
So that explains it.

I find that Miz is a hit or miss guy, but when he hits he doesn't get near enough credit.

Miz can fit into any role and not seem out of place. He can be a jobber to the stars, he can be a comedy guy, he can be serious and intense (sometimes, not all the time), he can be a midcard title contender without it feeling like a huge step down or like it would "derail his momentum", and he can be a potential world title contender if they need him to be. Miz is arguably the most versatile face they have at the moment.

We need more faces out for Orton's blood. Just last week, Bryan looked like he wanted to f***ing kick Randy's head in. And now we had Miz coming to beat the shit out of Orton last night.

He has great chemistry with Orton lately. If by any chance Orton is out of scenario,I'd love to see him feud with Miz.

You know who didn't appreciate Miz going apeshit on Orton? That's right...

I don't think Miz is a good face, but I one of the few times I remember really getting into him when was he was a match where he has Ziggler in the corner and he just starts wailing on him. Miz really did a good job conveying the impression he had snapped.
