Are we implying Vacant is heel? Are you kidding? Vacant, aka Abeyance, is the biggest heel in the whole company!

The whole story about WWE's mindset when it comes to talent signings is proof that WWE will suck for years to come. They still don't get that the best formula is to sign every type of talent there is rather than go in one direction.
They want more big guys and athletes from other sports with little to no experience, huh. Cause you know over the years that mentality produced such great can't miss prospects like Heidenrich, Kevin Thorne, Eli Cottonwood, Jackson Andrews, Snitsky, Sylvester Terkey, Lashley, Haas and Benjamin, TAC, etc. It's no wonder why their star power has been weak the past decade, more so than any other era in company history. They still won' t learn.
Yeah, lets not waste time with people how know how to perform various styles and different audiences worldwide no matter how big or small the crowds are cause those are bad habits. Instead, let's get guys who don't know what they are doing have probably never even watched WWE before.
They are afraid of these Indy guys being able to get work outside of WWE? I suppose it's better to get some scrubs starting from scratch who will likely bail on the company once they make a name and some money and do something else. Oh, these non-indy world traveling types can find work outside of WWE as well. In wrestling there will still be numerous indies like these PWS types who will come calling, along with overseas tours and conventions and this would all be based on them getting WWE television exposure. Hell, Lashley still gets bookings.
WWE talent scouts have their heads up their a$$es and as a fan I say WWE can go F themselves.

Are we implying Vacant is heel? Why do you think people were upset at the ending of the last PPV?

Someone should help Dave out and proof read this stuff. The way he constructs sentences is appalling.

They are so worried about the wrong things, and meanwhile they're kicking logic right in the balls.

So wait, if they said not to refer to a match as "match of the year" or "5 star match", why is announcers clapping the end of an Undertaker match okay? Not saying I don't like it because it's always deserved, but it's still "we recognize that this was a great match, and probably match of the year" and not allowing them to just say it is a bit silly. Also, why avoid saying WrestleMania is old? It IS old and long-running, that's the appeal. May as well just give up on numbering them if you don't want people to think it's been around for awhile. And, "referee's vision was impaired"? Come the f*** on.

All the micromanaging makes WWE sound like a horrible company to work for.

Are we implying Vacant is heel? After a 25 year career consisting of 8 WWE title reigns, and wins over everyone from Andre The Giant to John Cena, I think Vacant has reached that legendary status where he just can't be booed anymore.

All the micromanaging makes WWE sound like a horrible company to work for. It's probably part of the reason why they're constantly going through new writers.

I think what bugs me most in all of that stupidity is the idea that they prefer to condition their employees to think that they'll be living in a gutter if they're not working for them. Like, that line of thought's probably a good part of why there are guys like Mysterio and Flair around these days.

Dave Melter really doesn't like A.J does he? I don't think Dave is being negative about AJ in this case. He just means that she was injured and couldn't be on last week's Smackdown even though she was advertised to be. While many others advertised were known by WWE to be going on the Abu Dhabi tour far ahead of time. But, I have noticed that Dave seemed to sour on AJ a bit since a fake Twitter account claiming to be her, insulted him several months ago. Before that, he talked about how she was one of the best actors in wrestling and a draw for teens. Now he's all like "she's a belt mark" and "they should make Brie the Divas champion". Even though Dave later issued an apology...

Dave Melter really doesn't like A.J does he? I think he tried the "I play video games too, let's have sex" line on her, and still hasn't gotten over being rejected.

Vince is probably all of the reason for that. How is anyone supposed to want to stay when he demands re-writes for no reason? You could argue that hiring guys who probably don't have anywhere near that level of stress isn't a good idea, but still.
