He's back in Kings Lynn.
Not even Ely, where you can get to most other places in the UK to escape.
He's in the proverbial Kings Lynn.
Somehow a man competing with the legend Sting in the USA has ended up back in rural East Anglia.

As much as I did like the pay per view, this was the worst part. You have this tremendous talent in Magnus. You're soon going to a country where this guy is over huge. So, logically, you start to turn the guy heel. That was my biggest issue with the pay per view tonight. Magnus should have shook Sting's hand, and he should have been focused on the TNA World Title going into the UK tour. But no, they start to tease a heel turn. That was incredibly bad.

Magnus is no 1988 Sting.
And 2013 Sting is no 1988 Ric Flair.

I think Sting needs to either be in the first 4 matches on big PPV's from now on OR just be a tag team guy. He and Magnus would of made a great team but he could team with another new young guy and give him some instant recognition whilst hiding Sting's weakness (Stamina)

Magnus beating Sting is going to be as beneficial as Vladmir Koslov beating the Undertaker. It wasn't a changing of the guard/passing the torch moment. It was Magnus defeating a guy who best days were a decade ago and whom wrestled like it.

Just read an interview he did for a wrestling site. He round about said Internet wrestling fans that are so critical of TNA, are detriment to wrestling and went on to suggest that unless you are in the business or are making money off of it, that your scathing online YouTube vids or FAN forum posts mean nothing. I agree. I have enjoyed coming in here since 2005 and swapping opinions with posters but I don't write for TNA, I don't wrestle for WWE or even set up the ring on Indy shows. My opinions hold zero water. I created a thread that suggested that if they are in dire straights that they should either shit down or sell it to someone who will run it well. Dixie's Carter is not going to read that and suddenly change the entire direction of her company. So I don't think I hurt anything. In this way, part of Magnus interview doesn't really hold water either. If I can't effect change thru my opinion and you recognize that, than why does it matter? Why mention it at all. It shouldn't bother you. I suspect it is BC he is passionate about TNA and wants to defend it. That is admirable.

It's as I said in the BFG thread. Magnus knows that in wrestling, this is as good as it's going to get. If being in TNA is the death knell for anyone's chances of going to the WWE, then adamantly defending TNA and pretending you can't go anywhere else without trying is taking a hacksaw to it.

But I'm going to continue to call out his lack of babyface fire and memorable matches. The fans who you're telling to mind their business are the same ones who watch Impact regularly and spend money on the company. Piss them off too much and they will leave. Ignore your customers and they'll take their dollars somewhere else. But keeping waving the flag for TNA, Magnus. Someone got to do it.
