I just want to throw this out there since it's obvious somebody reads this board. For 10 minutes of nostalgia you'll get MILLIONS OF DOLLARS! Make it happen... or you could book some douchebag like Kid Rock to waste time and cost millions. The ball is on your court now.
Just make sure it's booked so the last two remaining guys are Mr America and Hulk Hogan; the stare-down and test of strength alone will be a Wrestlemania Moment for the AGES!

A 30 years Of Wrestlemania battle royal could be cool
10 guys from the mid 80s to the start of the Attitude Era, 10 guys from the attitude era, then 10 guys from the post attitude "get the f out" and PG eras.

This would be fun, just as long as these guys are in there representing the Attitude Era:  Biggest pop in wrestling history when that theme hits. |

Yes. I'd love this. Full on comedy Gimmick battle royal. Even went as far as make a pretty fun lineup for it.

Honky Tonk Man, Mantaur, Phantasio, The Shockmaster
Attitude Era
David Arquette, Gillberg, The Godfather, Kurrgan, Mean Street Posse, Steve Blackman
Entertainment Era
The Boogeyman, El Torito, Eugene, Hurricane Helms, Scotty Goldman
Shockmaster could be played by anyone. I'd say Tensai for Shockmaster, just for the inevitable fall over and head coming off. Mantaur could be anyone too, and think of the moment when Mantaur and El Torito come face to face! Father and son. The feels. 80000 people chanting Colt Cabana needs to happen.

Notes: Miz gets eliminated by Austin almost immediately after the "Austin laughs and immediately gets serious *stunner*" spot, Warrior takes out both Diesel and Khali, Jericho and Austin last until near the end, Diesel/Razor team up, Hogan/Warrior and Hogan/Austin have a staredown somewhere, Hogan wins it. I wanted to include The Rock, but I doubt he'd come back for this. Trying to keep it somewhat plausible...but can you imagine if Austin/Rock briefly had that staredown-to-punches moment out there? Man, it'd be great. |
