With a near quarter of a century in WWE, what period of Undertaker has been his best of all time? I tried to define them as well as the general consensus might be. Since it seems impossible (for myself, at least) to choose only one 'Taker era, you can choose five. But there can only be one winner (probably). For me, I'd say it's his run from 1996-1998 with the black vest, WWE title run, and feud with Kane. That, to me, was the essence of his character, the true, dark, but do-gooder, vigilante-esque Undertaker. I think his weird tweener/heel turn was dumb, especially when he suddenly negated a seven month build for a match with Kane and admitted he burned his house down, realigned with Paul Bearer after feuding with him for a year, and really cementing his position as a top face. Yeah, Austin needed an opponent and Ministry Taker was pretty cool, but there was always Kane, Owen Hart, young Rock, Vader, DX, etc. Big Evil 2002 was cool too, as is his current run as the uber-legend. So, what do you think? Go for it. If you choose none, then please explain why. If you choose Bo Dallas, then you will rest...in...peace.
