A recent comment in the WWE Games thread made me think: when was the last time we had a new match stipulation? Was it the Punjabi Prison?

Championship Scramble was the most recent I believe. I don't know why they haven't done more of them. Guess the roster is considered too thin to tie that many guys up in one match.

Remember that poster who had a million hilariously awful match concepts? I say "awful", but I would buy any PPV that actually contained any of them. Like the "Bus Ride From Hell" Match, where guys would fight on a moving bus, and could only attempt pin-falls during scheduled bus stops, or something.

Remember when they announced one in a commercial for an episode of SmackDown in 2009 during RAW and then scrapped it the next night?

I don't think we need new match stipulations, we just need old ones back.

I don't think we need new match stipulations, we just need old ones back. I'd be down for a Dog Collar match sometime in a heated feud, instead of the usual Last Man Standing - I Quit progression.

The roster is probably too thin to do two scramble matches for two world titles. But they probably could pull it off if they got rid of the WHC.

I wanna see a Basketbrawl match. You fight on a basketball court and first to make 10 baskets wins

I think theres enough and i understand why they dont use them more. What i really wish is when they let us vote for a match stipulation on the app they were choices where the match would not clearly play out the same way no matter which one was chosen.

I think they dropped the scrambles because they needed a screenfull of text to explain the hilariously cumbersome and counterintuitive rules.

That fire match Wyatt and Kane had was technically new right? Cos it was meant to be a barrier rather than used for setting each other alight like an inferno match.

I still can't believe the one time they made us choose between a Street Fight, a Falls Count Anwywhere match, and a No Holds Barred match.

Push Jinder Mahal and let the Punjabi Prison be his signature match.

Or they could realize they don't need to put both titles on the line like they did with the Elimination Chamber Of course WWE title Scramble match Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan vs Big Show vs Kane vs Mark Henry World Title Scramble Match John Cena vs Alberto Del Rio vs Damien Sandow vs CM Punk vs Christian IC Title Scramble match Curtis Axel vs Big E Langston vs Fandango vs R-Truth vs Santino Marella US Title Scramble match Dean Ambrose vs Kofi Kingston vs Ryback vs Dolph Ziggler vs The Miz Divas title Scramble match AJ Lee vs Natalya vs Kaitlyn vs Layla vs Naomi Tag Team Turmoil Match Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs The Shield vs The Usos vs The Real Americans vs the Wyatt Family Guess the cupboard isn't that bare after all

That was the magnificent Bradtherad and I will not hear of anyone speaking ill of him sir.
