It's going to lead to a match between AJ styles, and the winner of the tournament..

You're going to have to explain how you figure this is going to work.

It's going to get "sold" to Jerret or some tna original like him.
Expect some really random dickery about contracts and dixie still owning half or something.
Jerret brings back AJ with old title. Dixie has her guy with fake title.
They have a match.
After the match things will quietly devolve like every other big angle they've had...

With TNA head office vehemently denying it and the fact that it's not be mentioned on television, coupled with the fact that people are in the running to actually non-kayfabe buy the promotion then I highly doubt it's a work.

They secretly hired Mike Quackenbush as the new head of creative.

I honestly believe this as well. Maybe not with Jarrett, but I half expect Hogan and Bisch to show up as "owners"

I think keeping the sale a secret is a work. Tna probably leaked the information themselves. You can say keeping a low profile keeps it's value up, but nothing tempts people to buy than telling them they are forbidden to do so. I'm sure they want everybody to know but on their own terms.

They secretly hired Mike Quackenbush as the new head of creative. If so shouldn't that have meant at BFG Ron and Don Harris helped Dixie shut down the show, then no TNA while AJ holds rallies with Samoa Joe being kidnapped by ninjas

You know what I would love to see. This tournament match where the winner wrestles AJ, AJ does this deal where he tears down the TNA/Impact Wrestling Logo and it's replaced with a new brand under the new owner. This is stealing completely from WCCW though, but it would look like quite the epic visual.

It will be bought by EC3. Then he makes himself champ and then A.J shows back up

I think if Jarrett came back to TNA TV now I would give him a four hour face pop single handedly.

I'd actually be into TNA being bought by Jarrett and he and Dixie having a 50/50 feud over the company.
One of the best authority figure angles in history was when WWE did something similar with Bischoff and Stone Cold.

I always hated JJ but respected his accomplishments and work rate(except for his wcw title runs). So if JJ buys it or even if somebody else does but brings in JJ opposite Dixie as suggested above, than I'm good with that

The power struggle for ownership of it has been a constant thing. It's old, tired and has no place in 2013/2014 wrestling television. What about a guy dislikes another guy, and they settle their problems in the ring?

Feuds for ownership can be good. TNA just doesn't do them well.
