I'd like them do a face vs face 'once and for all, who's the better brother' match at Wrestlemania. Shake hands before the match, embrace after Cody wins it. Have Dusty on guest commentary. Would be great.

I hope he sticks around until WM30, at least. As long as he can contribute and is off the marmalade, I'd love for him to be around in some form.
It's crazy to think how things have worked out so far. Goldust seemed to be a Royal Rumble-only guy at the start of the year. Now that we're near the end of it, he's a champion with his brother, we're probably gonna get that Cody vs Goldy match, and that future documentary seems all the more likely when at one point it didn't. He has a bunch of stories to tell, and now he has a big happy ending comeback story to finish it off with.
I can think of several matches he's had that could belong on such a thing. This year alone, the Orton match and the Battleground matches, a few years back, the Superstars matches with Jericho and the one where he PINNED SHEAMUS, etc. Plus, his tag team days with Booker, his classic stuff with Triple H and Owen, his Dustin days etc. I've always liked the guy, so I'm happy to see it all work out for him in the end.

The only thing I hate is the fact he's becoming more Blackdust, than Goldust. Go back to the 1996 jumpsuit and facepaint. That was the best.

This is one of those things that this place actually agrees fully on. I have yet to see one post that says "Goldust sucks, wish he would go away" or even anything remotely negative. He's been spectacular. He was in his last run too, just didn't get a big stage to showcase it on.

Honestly, I'd consider this to be one of the greatest comebacks in the history of the company, topped only by Shawn Michaels's 2002-2010 run. He could go like this for another couple of years if he really wanted to.

The push is fantastic and his work has been quality. This run is looking to be even better than his 2002 one and he's just looking like a star and seems to being having a great time. So glad he's got a title and wouldn't mind seeing him with a IC or US title in the next couple of months.

I have always been a fan of Goldust. There was something awesome about every single version of the character (not counting Black Reign). It's great. I am wondering why so many here expect him to turn heel when he and Cody eventually feud. Cody's character is totally the type who might turn on his own brother to advance his career. Well, at least it's been presented that way in the past. I'm looking for the endgame of this storyline to launch a long reign of terror for Cody Rhodes. One that will probably push him into the main event.

I think it's because he not in a good place. He's clean so mentally he focus. He working with the guy he always wanted too.The guy is healthy and he shown he can go with the best. Kind of reminds me of 2002 Goldust when he was with Booker T.

It's great to see considering how out of shape he was that time he teamed up with Coach and Vader vs Batista in 05, and the other returns too.
He's really getting treated with alot of respect too. Loved seeing him get the pin and watch Cena walk about the ring with Goldusts theme playing. Little things like that make me mark out.

One of my all time favorites. When Dustin has a character he can work with, and he has both his head and body clean, then he can hang with anyone in the ring.

He's been so good, that I've been secretly hoping for a Goldust/Bryan or Goldust/Punk match, just to see. I think he'll be around for a while. He's just been TOO good to let go.

His awesome work speaks for itself! but I kinda like the mashup of WCW-era Dustin and Goldust.
