Trying to see if I can compile a list of action figures based on wrestlers that aren't typical wrestling figures. I imagine the majority would come from movie figure lines. Here's what I've come up with so far:
Roddy Piper - GI Joe Sgt Slaughter - GI Joe (numerous variants) Kevin Nash - Super Shredder figure from original TMNT line Pat Roach - German Mechanic in Raiders of Lost Ark (at least two figs based on him) Tyler Mane - Sabretooth from X-Men film version / Michael Myers from Halloween remake Andre the Giant - Bigfoot in Six Million Dollar Man line (though to be fair, it resembles Ted Cassidy a bit, who also played the role) Jeep Swenson - Batman and Robin version of Bane Hulk Hogan - Rocky III Harold Sakata - numerous Oddjob figures for various James Bond lines

The Rock as Scorpion King and Roadblock (GI Joe film).
Any toy that covers up a resemblance to the wrestler shouldn't count as them, really (masks, helmets and stuff).

It's all good. For what I'm looking at, I need to include those, just didn't want others not posting them. Now it *is* limited to just the versions of characters a wrestler portrayed, not all versions of that character (Roadblock, Sabretooth and Bane being examples of this).

You really would've thought that it would've made a lot of sense to make a Bonesaw McGraw action figure... Does Mr T count? And does this count?

Not sure I'd count Mr. T, because that opens up a can of worms regarding any celebrities who have done a few wrestling shows (Hugh Jackman and Ah-nuld would be a nightmare to track for this list). Very cool bobblehead, but want to keep this to just figures for now.

If we're counting celebs who wrestled before, Mr. T and Tyson (he had a match on Raw in 2009) both have figures in Jakks' Rocky line. Speaking of T, Jakks made a Cena based on his rap video parody of the A-Team. Probably doesn't count, but I figured I'd post it anyway since it's along the same line of thought:

That Predator Ventura is homemade.

Steve Austin had a Minimates figure made of his character from the Expendables series:

That Predator Ventura is homemade. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that middle Scorpion King one, with the scorpion body, is as well, I believe.

Still looks better than the CGI used for him in the film.

I did some searching hoping to find the existence of a Roddy Piper "They Live" action figure. Nothing as of yet. But I did find a site that claimed that in G.I. Joe, Roddy Piper is Destro's cousin. If so, that is awesome.

Very cool bobblehead, but want to keep this to just figures for now. What about celebrities who did wrestling shows, but got wrestling action figures made of them?
