What did he think of what was going on in the World Wrestling Federation? Was he still a Face or did he side with the Heels?

He was a face and oddly enough still refereed to as president of the WWF though he had long disappeared from WWF TV in that role. He wasn't quite the Gorilla most knew and loved as a commentator, but could still provide some pretty good kayfabe analysis. There was footage of a battle royal he did commentary on (its not on youtube anymore sadly) from the fall of 1998 where he did some subtle heel commentary.
