Antonio Cesaro Uber-Appreciation Thread

[RIHT]

With the backing of John Cena at a house show in Germany, the Cesaro Swing, and an awesome team-up with The Real Americans, I feel Antonio Cesaro is [uber] awesome right now and his future is [uber] bright. I think he will be slowly built up and rise to the main event and win the title someday. Also, what should he do next? Tag titles? Turn face on Swagger? Feud with Cena for WHC? <---- (definitely want to see this)

He's the man. I want him to get a Kurt Angle style "wrestling machine" push. Maybe add a little comedy to the mix as well, not a lot just enough for him to show some personality. I like the tag with Swagger right now, but his run as US champ was excellent and shows me that he can handle a bigger singles push without a problem.

He should pull it out for the first time in his first WHC match against Cena. People would go nuts for it regardless, but doing it to Cena, against Cena... people would be going absolutely berserk.

Okay, having looked it up when it was first brought up I was very much baffled as to why the UFO gets so much love. Seeing that particular GIF, with the no-hands thing... Yeah, that explains it.

Yep amazing talent and is going far, been a fan of his since the indies so it's nice to see all his work paying off. He works brilliantly with all sizes of talent, especially smaller workers which is really uncommon for a man his size. He isn't human, he is like 100% muscle which is crazy considering how tall he is. And debut UFO already!

It'd be nice for him to be pushed as a threat. Even as US champion, he lost to guys like Justin Gabriel.

Evan Bourne's return match needs to be against Cesaro, just so we can see him take one of those uppercuts. The challenge being to make the 'Ricochet Deathblow' above look like nothing

It's not often that centripetal force is incorporated into a wrestling move.

I've suggested this before, but they could do ESPN "Sports Science" type segments on this guy.

I really think the real americans should take the titles at survivor series and run with them as the penultimate team to beat.

Cesaro vs Cena at wrestlemania would be great though

I think feuds with swagger, sheamus, ziggler, adr, sandow, cena, big show, and punk would be great

I just tonight watched for the first time the Sami Zayn / Cesaro rematch from this summer's NXT. One thing that stood out to me: Cesaro based the entire psychology of that match... an extremely entertaining match, might I add... around a chinlock.


That said, I want the Real Americans to stay together for a while. Swagger's getting overlooked, because he doesn't have a novelty move like the big swing, but his work has been really good, too.

He has a good future in WWE. There's no way that Triple H doesn't like the guy; he's big and has a good look, he's dedicated, and he can wrestle. So as far as I'm concerned, right now he's establishing his name and getting new fans by the week, and even though he's not meeting his potential in this team with Swagger, it's working out for them both. He's easily one of their most valuable talents going forward.

The thing that's most heartening about Cesaro is that everyone seems to like him. Even if he's not the face of the company, even if he's never been hugely over, the dude looks like he's already in the WWE for a long time unless he develops a 'Kaval' attitude. With that, I'm sure he'll get a chance or two to prove he can main-event.

Yeah I found Cesaro boring when he first debuted but he's been awesome these past few months.

I really think he's the future of the company. He has a great look, he's over, he puts on one hell of a match every time he's out there. He's basically everything they're looking for and he's gonna be huge.
