I would have cheered them more if they were wearing the English flag quite honestly.

As heels dressing up in that country's flag it was supposed to come off as them mocking the country. It's the same deal as when E&C dressed up as certain cities sports teams. I thought it was pretty obvious what they were getting at.

You mean Los Matadores shouting "Ole'!" didn't win over the UK crowd either?!!?? What a shocker.

It was supposed to be 3MB acting "delusional" (believing that they're beloved and big stars and such) and pandering to the crowd, in their usual "bumbling idiots" manner.

I thought it was pretty obvious what they were getting at. But Drew is British! He has every right to wear the Union Jack and if he convinces his buddies to wear matching outfits that's fair enough. Jinder should have rolled one into a turban if they wanted to get heat. I never got why the turban is meant to be heelish anyway, it would be even less so it Britain where very few people have any issues with Sikhs.

It came across to me like they were doing the whole 'we love playing *insert town name* ' thing that bands do when they tour.
That match really confirmed how much I don't like the matadors and that stupid bull. Can't wait for him to get beaten up.

I think it was intended as a sort of Fabulous Rougeaus thing, i.e. they claimed to love the USA and carried around American flags when in fact they were Canadians who hated America. Or something.
I think it was supposed to come across as insincere pandering, but the problem is that Drew is actually British. I didn't mind it anyway.
At the House Show in Glasgow, Drew was massively over so the Usos just played heels for the night to Drew and Heath, Drew even held up a lion rampant flag from the crowd at one point. You can get away with that kind of one night switcheroo when the cameras aren't rolling right enough, but I don't think that was what the Union Jacks were about on Raw.

I now have the glorious image of WWE bringing back the European title and having 3MB hold it collectively as a group. Every week they dress up as a different country.
