TWO different matches including 3MB members. ONE title match with the biggest lame duck champion ever. I like most guys, but this has to be a really disappointing card for the casual fans

Considering WWE got 2 touring groups performing in Europe at the same time, they can't stack the card for both. They actually got the better deal with Bryan and Punk on the card and no Orton vs Big Show.

Injuries happen, plus my guess is that the WWE wants to see if Punk and Bryan are over enough to carry a house show without a main title or Cena.

This is the same card as we got in Leeds minus the Cena/Del Rio main event. Me, two kids, two casuals and a non fan had a great time.

Minehead is an odd venue. It's just like a hall in a holiday camp for children.

I dunno. There's three matches with superstars who're good at audience interaction (R-Truth, PTP, Uso's), a divas match with AJ who was featured more than most men in 2012, The Great Khali is an absolute spectacle to see live, Ryback who many still look at as a big deal and Paul Heyman who is a master of the mic.
There's been some pretty dire looking house shows recently but that looks okay.

The London show I went to had this lineup and it was pretty fun. They don't usually load up the three biggest faces on to one house show.
The other Europe tour crew had better midcarders - Shield, Rhodes, Real Americans, Ziggler - but the biggest stars were Orton and Big Show.
Edit: Didn't realize Cena vs Del Rio wasn't on this card for some reason. Yeah, that does look weak.

Usually during the European tour there are 2 nights (usually the nights of tv tapings) where they'll send half the roster to one show and half to another. Usually the people on the house show who are also needed at tv will go on early and then are helicoptered in to where the tv taping is.
Usually places like Cardiff and Belfast get screwed with the B team line up every single year.

WWE's in a spot where talent-wise, they're deep, but overness-wise, they're pretty barren right now.
Seems to me the booking is poor and desperately needs to improve.

Looks OK for a house show. You get Punk and Bryan.
Not much to complain about.

I once went to a house show where the main event was Big Show vs. Bubba Ray so this doesn't sound that bad to me at all

I don't really expect much from house shows. I'd be happy just to see Punk and Bryan.

There was one posted here recently without Cena, Bryan or Punk, that was worse.
