So something really fun and interesting happened on both RAW and Smackdown this week that I'm not really seeing discussed, and that I want to hear people's thoughts on.
Everyone saw and loved The Wyatts overstepping their bounds and finding their way into an uncharacteristic and completely unexpected (yet totally logical and extremely gratifying) brawl with the SHIELD on Monday. It represented something only very occasionally seen on WWE TV, that being a trust in the narrative significance of characters, and allowing them to interact naturally instead of through rigid plot-centric BS.
But did you see Smackdown? Because it happened again.
Axel and Ryback were yelling at each other when the Wyatts hit the ring, and that turned into a brawl too. They mercilessly beat both men down.
I just have to say: I hope this continues. The idea that the Wyatts are completely out of control forces the heels to have more well-rounded reactions as characters.
Anyone else excited?

I think the Wyatt's should beat up king, cole and jbl and take over commentary for the night. Harper just saying "yeahyeahyeah" while Bray talks about the devil.

I didn't put this together, but you're absolutely right. The Wyatts being what they are lends itself to chaos, even more than The Shield who are more rigid and formulaic in how they dish out the beatings. I love when a show ends like that instead of boring shit like so-and-so hits their finish and "stands tall" with their music playing, as the announcers solemnly ponder what's going happen as a result and who has the momentum.

I like the idea of the entire roster getting steadily more and more out of control.
The RAW IS CHAOS episode that began with brawling already happening and featured Kane attacking camera men was one of my favorite episodes ever.

Could probably work better than having the Wyatts being The Authority's new attack dogs replacing The Shield.
One nice touch they did recently was having the WWE "Then, Now, Forever" intro be interrupted by the Wyatt Family's "DERP!" intrusions. Would love for them to do that again, leading to an opening where we see them beating up someone to open up the show.

Its also interesting that Bray has a beef with Punk while Harper has a beef with Daniel leaving Rowan the odd man out.
