I don't remember why those two weren't around much in 2001, but hypothetically speaking, which side do you think they would have been in? You don't think they would have gone with Team WCW or Team ECW, do you? I mean in real life, didn't Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit have some problems in WCW? Do you think they would have still been in the WWF side? I remember Chavo being in that angle, but Eddie wasn't around.
What do you think?

They'd have been WCW; that damn thing needed all the starpower it could get in its engine. Jericho should've been with'em too, he was turning heel anyways. Benoit was down with his neck, and Eddie was released around that period.

You know, thinking about it... Benoit had never been a heel since very early 2001. That's crazy to think about, and more that makes me think they would have kept him with the WWF side, Eddie, though, yeah he would have surely been WCW.

He had turned on Austin on Raw during the spring of 2002 and teamed with Eddie Guerrero and Ric Flair. He also remained a heel when he went to Smackdown and even teamed with Kurt Angle.

You're right, I forgot about that brief heel run. He returned as a heel from surgery, but turned face when he started tagging/feuding with Angle in late summer or early fall.

WWF. Anybody good who was once WCW was WWF.

I think Benoit would have been great in the Alliance. After all, when he was drafted to ECW in 2007? He killed there.

I think Benoit should have been kept in the WWE side. He had just turned face and was pretty over with the crowd so I don't think turning him heel at that point was a good idea. I remember when he came back in 2002 and he turned heel on Austin straight away and I didn't like that at all.
Guerrero could have feuded with Benoit on the alliance side or maybe teamed with Chavo early and had good matches with the Hardyz & Dudleyz.

He also made The Rock tap out to the Crossface during that time, it's the only time I can remember The Rock tapping out in his career. EDIT: I just remembered he also tapped out to Ken Shamrock at WM14 but the decision was reversed.

The defection of the Radicals was one of the key events in the story of the Monday Night War (though obviously it now doesn't get represented as such) so really they should be firmly on the WWF side - in fact I'd even have had them especially targeted by the WCW invaders as traitors that left WCW as the ship was sinking, which could've been an interesting and intense mid-card storyline to have running.
