Okay, if you guys remember, that was the match with Bret Hart and Diesel in a steel cage, and it had Undertaker interfering by coming up from under the ring and taking Diesel with him. I know Bret Hart won the match by climbing out of the ring and Taker's interference was to further the feud with Diesel and set up their match at Wrestlemania, but in the kayfabe sense, wouldn't Diesel have won because both feet touched the floor first? I know the ref didn't see it, but in the technical sense, he hit the ground first and Diesel could have actually won. Nine years after that, in another PPV in February, JBL won a cage match by crawling from under the ring after Big Show chokeslammed him through the ring.
Regarding IYH 6, I guess the same could be said the following year when Austin was eliminated from the Royal Rumble but the ref didn't see it, so he went in and won by eliminating Bret Hart.

Diesel wasn't pulled through the ring to the floor as technically that was merely a porthole to hell. So in that space and time, the floor didn't exist.

In the JBL match, he came out from under the ring and was the first to touch outside the ring, Diesel never got outside the ring area if I remember, he was just under it.

The referee had no way of knowing when or if Diesel's feet touched the floor. Nobody looked under the right while it was happening, for all we know Undertaker just carried Diesel around piggy back.
