MitB 2010, he tapped to Cena's STF while the ref was getting beat up by Nexus so it didn't count, and went on to win the match. But he's never lost by submission, at least in televised matches. Closest Sheamus has come to tapping out is the two-out-of-three falls match against Bryan a couple of years back when he passed out in the No Lock. Although he didn't tap, it goes in the record books as a submission.

Did JBL ever tap out? Sure he did but don't remember an instance off the top of my head.
Has Heath Slater ever tapped out?

JBL has, he lost to Cena in an I Quit match at Judgment Day '05 you can't get much more submissiony than that, but for the life of me I can't remember how the match ended. He definitely tapped to 'Taker on an episode of Smackdown in '09 though. It was on the road to 'Mania and he tapped to the Hell's Gate. As for Slater I remember him tapping to Bryan in a Hell No/3MB match earlier this year or late last year. Don't recall him tapping out in any singles encounters though but I'm sure he will have given his level in the company.

JBL tapped out in a fatal four way elimination match at Backlash 2008.

Honestly, when is the last time John Cena tapped out? It has to have been at least eight years, because I have no recollection of him tapping since he was drafted to Raw in 2005.

To Angle at No Way Out 2004 I think. He also tapped to Angle at No Mercy the previous year. So he hasn't tapped out for nearly 10 years.

Angle is one of only TWO people to ever make Cena tap out in his whole WWE career. The other... Chris Benoit.

I don't believe this. I want that match immediately tonight to provide what you say. And I need to follow that up with ADR vs Santino and ADR vs Kofi, as I'm not sure if either of them have tapped at this point.

Sorry to break this to ya buddy but there's someone else who's made cena tap.... clearly this was before the "never give up. never surrender" phase of cena. related story: Cena has backstage heat with HHH who alledgedly asked Vince to release Cena after this segement. HHH supposedly said "That's the only job that you'll see me do!" during the confrontation. Vince later took this comment as inspiration for Cena's "you can;t see me" gimmick. source: fakemadeupstuffdotcom.
