Randy Orton's first video game appearance is in WWE SmackDown! Shut Your Mouth. And he was only in the WWE for about a minute and a half when they put him in the game, so he's fairly weak. Also, he's got generic music, no RKO, and tights that look like shorts. Pretty sure his finisher is the Overdrive. And I want to say he does the Onion taunt. |

If you went to SmackDown in WWE Day of Reckoning and fought the New Ministry, it will never be brought up again in the sequel's story mode, since they pretty much assumed everyone did the feud with Evolution instead.

In WWE 13, while Michael Cole and JR are clearly phoning it in with their commentary, Jerry Lawler delivers his lines with the exact same enthusiasm and vigour that we can expect from him every Monday night.

In SVR06, RVD is on Smackdown during Season mode, but correctly on RAW for exhibition mode.
Kenzo Suzuki's only appearance was in a Day of Reckoning game
One of the songs from HCTP is a sped up version of John Cena and B-2's theme pre Word Life

Fifi, the dog that Rene Dupree constantly mentioned in WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW, appears in WWE Day of Reckoning 2 during his entrance. But, by the time Rene gets to the ring, the dog disappears.

In WWE '12 and '13, if you're in WWE Universe mode for a tag team match where one of the participants is Dolph Ziggler, Michael Cole will occasionally say "Hardy starts things off."

If you give any of the divas the People's Elbow in Here Comes The Pain and then play a Bra & Panties match, the diva will take off either her top or bottom (that she normally would get removed by the opponent during the match) instead of an elbow pad. The match will actually continue even if both divas use the move to be in their underwear. If you try to remove the top or bottom of a diva who's already been stripped to her bra & panties via this method, the game will freeze.

Cena's in a similar situation in HCTP, he has his correct music and look, but his entrance is generic and his stats are exactly the same across the board, that being average as hell. |

on Smackdown vs Raw 2011, in Road to Wrestlemania mode, every superstar backstage would be rude to you when you spoke to them, even if you had just had a friendly conversation with them before.

In HCTP, if you start a hardcore match backstage, the default arena that comes up is Smackdown A. However, if you start at the UK outside arena, the game will crash if you make it back to ringside, as it doesn't know which arena to choose.

The default CAW in SVR 2006 uses Sylvain Grenier's theme.
Evan Bourne's theme in SVR 2010 is "Axeman", his original instrumental theme.
According to SVR 2010, Red is a face and Green is a heel.
SVR 2010's soundtrack includes the themes to 4 WWE PPVs: Extreme Rules '09, Breaking Point, Hell in a Cell '09, and Royal Rumble '10. It also includes the WWE Superstars theme.
SVR 2007 has the Great American Bash and Summerslam themes on its soundtrack.
SVR 2008 features the One Night Stand '07 theme on its soundtrack.
SVR 2011 has the boring instrumental themes of Luke Gallows, Shad, and Vance Archer playing.

In WrestleMania 21 for the Xbox, there are alternate versions Rey Mysterio and the Big Show. Rey Mysterio Gold and Big Show 2003 (with hair) are the alernate versions of the default Rey Mysterio and Big Show. Plus, in the career mode, you face Andre the Giant for some reason because Eric Bischoff brought him to face the player character.

You can actually make a CAW of 2002-era tights-wearing John Cena in SmackDown Shut Your Mouth, as he's one of the templates that you can select.

In Here Comes The Pain, you can get into a flex-off/pose-off versus Triple H, where you out-pop Triple H regardless of who you're playing as (ex. a CAW of Billy Kidman). Also, CAWs in Season Mode always seem to be treated as rookies, so if you compliment your CAW of Mark Henry, he'll be all humble and tell you he'll be ready to get his win back from you, like a chum.
In Day of Reckoning, Story Mode is identical for the RAW and Smack Down! brands, with superstars changed and dialogue altered, but some animations shared. For example, if you expected John Cena to betray you by slamming you down with the FU, think again as he floors you with the Sweet Chin Music.

Year after year, Yuke's constantly screws up something. Here's a few examples:
They legitimately messed up Hollywood Rock for WWE 2K14. Why didn't they look back to previous games like Here Comes The Pain & WrestleMania XIX?
The Undertaker has the wrong entrance attire in WWE '13. Also, his render has long hair, despite his hair being short. They couldn't make a render of the Undertaker with his current haircut?
