One of the people that I think could genuinely have been a great addition to the Divas Division would be Mena Libra, an 185 pound indy worker from Detroit who used to work in Shimmer, I've watched a few of her matches and she's pretty good, she's fast for her size and she's got a very marketable look, I know it's a long shot but seeing a bigger girl in the Divas Division could boost the moral of casual viewers which could, if done right turn them into big fans, which in turn could bring the WWE some more money, not a lot but it's better than nothing.
I think she could have a good series of matches with either Natayla or AJ.
