Ever since the infamous Shell Shock botches on Paul Heyman and Tensai it's been everywhere: "Ryback's puffy. He can't even lift Heyman and he gets a push while Cesaro is nearly superhuman and can't get shine". Now this week Ryback did the impossible (it's true, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler say it all the time ) and Shell Shocked Big Show, who makes Heyman look like Colin Delaney. So were those botches just accidents, and poor examples of Ryback's strength? is Big Show just a better worker who can adapt to Ryback's faults? Some other shit?

It might have been botches. That or Ryback has adjusted how he lifts them up on his shoulders so he can complete the move without falling down.

A little bit of both.
Although you have to say, Big Show is a hell of a worker. I remember Mr. Perfect perfectplexing him into a bridge-pin on Heat in 2002(!!!) I have no idea how he does it, it's like he can just switch off gravity for a second at will.

I didn't see how he SS'd Show. Is he still doing that convoluted lift up?

Nope. Ryback could hit that move 100 times on the biggest guy he can find, but the botch will always take precedent. Them's just the breaks.

Given that Tensai took a botched F5 from Brock Lesnar, who is one of the most terrifyingly strong guys in the industry, and Paul Heyman is a non-wrestler, it kinda lines up that a bigger, but better worker would take one right. Or CARELESSNESS or something.
Uh...
SEAN CARLESSNESS
