...and not in a sexy way just really struggles to take off his shirt. At first it'll be funny but he will struggle more and more after every match getting massive heel heat. Eventually he will be facing the babyface IC or US champion and when he was about to take off his shirt, the babyface will charge at him but bam the guy who struggles in taking of his shirt hits the babyface champion with his finisher and becomes the new IC or US Champion. Then he takes off his shirt really fast and reveals this was all part of his masterplan.
Best idea ever or greatest idea ever?

We also need a tag team that only competes under 3-legged race rules and they're lashed together at the ankle at all times.
