The real big thing with me is I want them to stop putting some of the Superstars and Divas out there and expect them to get over on their own somehow. It's the reason Del Rio, Kofi, and others are considered "boring" or interchangeable.
That backstage segment we saw on Smackdown a couple weeks ago that set up Xavier vs. Brodus? That's what we need right there. Nothing wrong with having comedy skits with Santino but there should also be backstage segments that can be used to start new stories and angles as well as further develop existing ones. I'm hoping HHH getting control of Creative means we'll start getting more of this.

Signing AJ Styles for a year, and getting some top quality matches out of him vs Cena, Bryan and Punk

A Return to Raw consisting mainly of angles and interviews.
It seems like all the promos and storyline progression has been relegated to the WWE app and WWE.com whilst Raw becomes 3 hours of long boring matches that seem to be happening for no reason. And only like 2 fueds or storylines right at the top of the card are focused on and progressed.
I'm fed up of 2 guys wrestling for 20 weeks in a row for no reason then getting a ppv match no one cares about because they've seen that match for the past 3 months on Raw every week. Give me interviews, promos and angles. WWE should be character driven, they need to make us care about the characters. Hell Wrestlers arent even given much room to get their gimmicks over nowadays because they never get to talk. At the moment the product is far too event driven.
To me the problem is Raw has become circa 1998 Nitro in its presentation and format.

Creatively: a return to the more "old school" presentation of using weekly TV as showcases and hype jobs for big PPV's. I don't enjoy watching "mega cards" every single week, I prefer a lot of buildup to a solid payoff.
Overall: fairer business/labor practices. They're a huge reason why I gave up watching altogether.

Change up the f***ing format. How many times do we need to see an authority figure talk for 10 minutes, get into it with a babyface and then book a main event? Would it really kill them start off Raw with a match?
That's one of WWE's biggest problems. They are way too formulaic. I've seen the same pattern on Raw since I started watching over a decade ago. That's f***ing inexcusable.
