I get like HHH and Goldberg will sell more....but a proper best of for some ECW acts or other WCW guys? Hell even Booker T on DVD?
I mainly am pissed I can't find a good best of for Sabu. RF Videos and High Spots kind of have crap DVD-R sets.....but why can't WWE make some? For sure ECW could make it worth their while right?

There are alot of wrestlers who will likely never get their own best of DVDs, but I wish they would (like Davey Boy Smith, Rick Rude, or even Barry Windham).
It would be great if WWE would have content on demand where you could just choose the matches you want on their website from all of the footage they own, and they would burn them onto DVD-Rs for you (at a premium cost).

I was hoping they'd start going this route with the Superstar Collection line...$8 for a DVD with an hour or so of matches and no documentary is basically free money for WWE, but it looks like they've stopped producing the line for now.

Christian JBL Booker T Jerry Lawler Kane Mark Henry Goldust(once he finishes off his run)
I also want a Hogan dvd on his whole career if and when he comes back to WWE.

Serious question.I can't explain that one because Bulldog was a bigger star than Pillman, especially internationally. I'm not really sure. Maybe Austin pushed for the Pillman one to be made? I'm not sure how much pull Stone Cold had in 2006 or whenever they put that one out. And it's a total guess... And it could be something like they just thought Pillman would have a more interesting story due to the "Loose Cannon" thing.

I think that world champions, like Booker T, have a pretty solid chance. Hopefully if they do one for him, they include his match with Lance Storm.

Weren't they still on less than favorable terms with the Hart family at this point? Plus Owen's widow would put up a fight about using footage of Owen, so any Bulldog footage would have been severely limited. Maybe we'll see something soon, especially if the talk about doing one of the big PPVs in London is true.

I can't wait for Booker's. He needs to have a wcw and wwe one. You could make 5 discs out wcw alone.

Also, you cant really have a davey boy dvd without discussing the Bulldogs, and im not sure they could get Dynamite Kid to do an interview.

I think the Network, presuming it begins next year, is the best chance some of the non-A-lister names have at getting a Best Of release. By that I mean some kind of special series that looks at, say, Rick Rude, Bulldog, Goldust, etc. It'd be cool if they could do career docs for some of them, maybe offer it in physical format on WWEShop w/ bonus matches or something. I don't see them trying to market many mid-card guys at big box stores anymore (though Goldust or Booker are way more likely due them being fresh in people's minds again), but if they have a purposed Network show to do that's 60-90 minutes long, that might be the best avenue for mid-card docs and match collections.

I think davey boy smith needs a documentary, but perhaps it is the steroid/painkiller use and potential links to his early passing that have put them off doing the documentary?
There is so much to cover in his career though: british bulldogs, whoopi goldberg era ic champ bulldog, wcw feud with vader, return to wwe and tagging with luger, turning heel and tagging with owen, screwjob leading to his departure for wcw, the warrior trapdoor injury, his brief return to wwe, his untimely death.
Twenty matches wouldnt be hard to put together and they would be awesome.
Other sets i would like to see:
Sting Ravashing Rick Rude Vader Demolition Andre the Giant (with a lengthy documentary)

I think in a few years, a Rhodes Family set could be pretty awesome. Hell, you could probably do it now since who knows if Cody is going to get anywhere near the title.
