Hogan '91 (won from Slaughter - the hiccups with Taker over the belt) - I was a Hogan mark like the rest of us. I also always liked Slaughter because of his GI Joe association. Everyone claims this story was in bad taste, but I found the Slaughter Gimmick to be enthralling as a youth. The conclusion of this reign with the bouts against the Undertaker was something really different for Hulk's character to deal with.
Macho Man '92 - I remember this reign much better than his first, and it was so rewarding to see Macho on top of the hill again. Macho was fresh off the heels of a sympathetic marriage & retirement angle, was working the announce table, and dealing with grade-A prick Ric Flair who claimed "She [Elizabeth] was mine, before she was yours! Mine before she was yours! WOO!" Him losing the belt back to Flair in the Fall was somewhat startling. Vince should've kept the strap on Mach instead of letting Flair get it back & drop it to Bret.
Foley's first two reigns '98-99 (I'm combining them because it was Hot-shot-ville)- The ultimate underdog story. Highly enetertaining feud with the Rock. Need I say more?
Kurt Angle 2000 - I've had the benefit of seeing a few WWE Title changes live. This by far, was my favorite. Kurt had been chasing the Title for a while and he was the heel! (albeit a goofy one still). It was a smark crowd pulling for him to defeat the Rock, and the place popped like crazy when the heel won the world title. Kurt's facial expressions were priceless. First guy to win a Gold medal & the WWE title. Was solidified as a main event talent. Went on to have memorable feuds with Rock, HHH, and Stone Cold.
Hogan '02 - Everything came full circle.

Kane 1998 Daniel Bryan 2013 Triple H 2007 John Cena 2010 (first one at Elimination Chamber) THE Brian Kendrick 2008 (it happened goddammit) Andre The Giant's only reign, and Yokozuna's first reign are far superior.

In time order:
Kurt Angle (October 2000 - February 2001) Stone Cold Steve Austin (April 2001 - September 2001) Eddie Guerrero (February 2004 - June 2004) JBL (June 2004 - April 2005) Randy Orton (October 2007 - April 2008)
I started watching in 2000 so that's why I've chosen not to include any before that.
