I haven't.
I was promised Dean Ambrose would unify the titles. I don't see him in that TLC match!

I think they've been booked incredibly well, maybe some of WWE's best booking ever, but my personal enthusiasm for watching any configuration of SHIELD vs Daniel Bryan w/wo random partners ran dry around May yet it kept going and going and going and going.

If anyone does, SHIELD will kick their heads in
To their credit, WWE have booked SHIELD perfectly. All three guys look immense.

They remind me of The kobra kais from karate kid, especially when they beatdown bryan daniel-san.

It's not that I don't enjoy the Shield (or the Shiebd), but since Summerslam I'm ready for their breakup.

They bring out the absolute best in their opponents, they've not been overexposed, all three have separate identities and everything about them just WORKS.
If anyone really doesn't like the Shield, I have to wonder just what they watch wrestling for.

The weird thing was that Daniel Bryan was a product of The Shield's perfect booking. Like if The Shield was never around, would Daniel Bryan gotten a big push as one of the top guys still? His matches with The Shield made everyone aware that he's possibly the best wrestler in the WWE and his weakest link storyline that resulted in The Shield's first loss made Daniel Bryan the most over guy in the WWE.

I'll be the guy that says I haven't particularly enjoyed their run. I haven't hated it or anything, but they haven't been "must see TV" for me. They're good in the ring, that's not really up for debate. It was really cool when they first arrived on the scene. Then, they kept doing the same thing over and over, and having the same matches over and over. There was almost no character development with them the whole year they've been around (though I haven't watched since after Night of Champions, I hear they are teasing a Roman Reigns turn). Hearing their music play as someone was cutting a promo in the ring just made me tune out until it was over. One, because the end result was usually the same and two, because they did that stupid "shaky cam" thing that made me want to throw up. Personally speaking, I think The Shield is one of the most overrated acts in wrestling today. Are they talented? Absolutely. Is it awesome that the WWE went to such great lengths to protect these guys from burial. Sure. Do I wish that they would have changed it up just a little during their near year long run (more promo time giving insight to their characters and motives, one of their matches that didn't seem like the one before). Yes. You may now commence with setting me on fire from the torches you are now lighting...

It got really old for me after the initial beatdowns.
The Nexus was much better executed because they did some stuff I never saw before. With the Shield, it was beat down and backstage camera promo.
When it was revealed they were in cahoots with Paul Heyman, I lost all interest and thought they were now just generic henchman.
They also added nothing to the tag or US division. They had the same opponents we see each week without a stable.
Roman Reigns is the most outstanding of them which is good for him but kind of sad for Dean and Seth because they are being outdone by a guy who is getting by mostly on how he looks. I use the word outstanding in terms of the group, but outside of that, I do not really see any personality from the guy.
It could be the fact that I have seen so many of these exact stables, but these guys are okay. I would like to think after years of watching WWE, they would bring something new in terms of stables, but like everything else, I was foolish to assume.

Me.
I think they are boring for the most part. Then again...I think most of the heels in WWE are boring. I don't hate them because they're bad guys but I just want them gone instead. The Shield is no different. If all three dropped off the face of the earth I would care less.

Is the sex that damn good? With Roman Reigns? Probably. With Dean Ambrose? If you're kinky as f***. With Seth Rollins? Pretty sure his voice would ruin it.

I remember you bringing this up before and I think it's a pretty fair point. Despite the quality of the matches, Daniel Bryan and others by proxy seemed to fight them for months on end. Lately it's been too many Usos vs Shield matchups for my tastes, that includes the super-tag-team on the last Smackdown episode. You know that somehow someway they'll end up pulling the double Super-Kick spot on Roman Reigns every damn time!

I don't like 'em because I think they're too bland. They've been little more than henchmen for a good part of their run so far.

I admit I liked them better when it was, "but whose side are they on?!?!"
But now they are just HHH's goons, they aren't as interesting.
Still, I think they had succeeded way better than I thought they would. Each guy has looked great and are set up for future upper card/ME status.
