What if the WWE ponied up the cash to buy their own stadium? What city would you put the WWE Arena in?

New York has always been the company's spiritual home.

I'm down with it. They could certainly afford it. They could run all kinds of other events there. Hell they don't even have to build one. Just buy majority ownership and have it renamed "the WWE. Arena". Like AT&T stadium etc. it being wwe they would have to gimmick the f out of it, to make it stand out. It'd be interesting to see how they tricked it out

Vince used to own some small arenas in New England.

Connecticut would make sense considering how the headquarters are located there.
They could enforce a strict dress policy of underwear and olive oil for the audience.

Not sure it makes much financial sense for the WWE to buy it's own arena. That's a huge input cost and I don't seem them making any good return on investment on it.

I remember talk of them considering buying the Silverdome back when it was up for sale but not sure how much was internet guessing v. actual fact. With what they are doing at the Performance Center, an arena could have filled the same purpose and they could have run events from there as well but the upkeep would probably cost more.

Plenty of room here in the Bronx to put an arena.

Horrible idea, but New York is the logical choice.

If they had an arena, it should include the HoF, although that could also go next to the training facility.

If anything, WWE would probably buy an arena to house a physical hall of fame and occasional tv taping. Besides arenas cost a lot of money to upkeep. You got to rent it out regularly in order to make it profitable.
