Maybe I'm just being hopelessly naive but I think this feud could be a very real possibility after TLC.
Here's three facts to consider: They're setting Bryan up for a heel turn. (albeit it in a very stupid way) Bryan was screwed out of his championship by the Authority. The last time Cena and Bryan wrestled for a championship, Bryan won cleanly.
Just those last two points alone are all you would really need Cena is not undisputed champion until he beats the last real champion: The man that he lost the WWE championship to in the first place.

I'd rather see Cena/Bryan II as face vs. face. I want to see what we didn't get to see at Summerslam because of the screw job. I wanna see a face Cena pass the torch to Bryan and basically say "YOUR time is now" and for them to celebrate together.

Since this isn't an ongoing feud, if they do face off again, I would damn near guarantee that Cena wins. There is no initiative for Cena to put Bryan over again, especially since he already has; clean. And secondly, no injury to take time off for. And third, because we'd be seeing a repeat of what already happened.
Sorry folks. It was fun the first time. But it's not going to happen twice in a row.

This is a different system than even 10 years ago. At a big WM, they're going to try to use the "biggest names". So Mania is going to revolve around; John Cena Randy Orton Vince McMahon Triple H Brock Lesnar CM Punk or Sheamus Those are your headliners. Let's just say that the Authority screw Cena and take away his rematch clause and the only way to win is through the Rumble. Punk challenges Orton for the next 2 PPVs afterwards, keeping him busy. Orton retains both times. Cena wins the Rumble again. Orton/Cena again. If I'm even 51% right on any of that, I'm going to start doing that "wrestling betting".

They aren't setting up Bryan turning heel. I think the Wyatt angle is going to be more like the Embrace the Hate angle Cena had.
