If it ends with John Cena standing triumphant as the Unified Champion while the Authority crumbles...the hell with them.
Personally, before Hell in a Cell happened...I felt that the storyline should have ended with Bryan vs Orton with special guest referee Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania. Now that they've wasted HBK on the storyline already and John Cena seems to be more important than the Beard, how do you feel it should end?
Personally I think Vince should pay TNA to do an Authority funeral skit but that's just me. Nothing else seems fitting now. (Unless we get HHH vs Vince and their personal "champions" over control of the company with Trips in the corner of Orton/Cena vs Vince and Bryan.)

I just picture one heel boss character going away and another surfacing during the same episode of RAW. They can't stray too far from what they think works.

Cena winning the Unified Title, and then Bryan winning the Royal Rumble. Cena wants to give Bryan the "rightful opportunity that he was screwed out of" and the two of them have a match at WM30
It becomes John Cena and Daniel Bryan vs. The World (Wrestling Entertainment). Two fan favorites who just want to put on a "dream match" for the fans, but the evil Authority refuses to let it happen.
The match is an epic battle, even better than their Summerslam encounter. Bryan wins clean again. Cena teases a heel turn, but instead simply hands the title to Bryan and raises his hand. He says "YOUR time is now", leaves the ring and walks up the entrance ramp. Cena salutes Bryan as he YES!-es in the ring as maroon, black and white confetti and balloons fall from the rafters, while HHH fumes from the stage.

Vince and Punk overthrow Hunter and Cena at Wrestlemania. We get a few months of face Vince before something befalls him again (rabid space monkey bites him?) and evil GM 933 takes over in time for Summerslam.

Maybe I'm being pessimistic, but I can see the Authority angle lasting until Summerslam 2014. Possibly longer.
And I have no idea how it will end, but it will probably be at the hands of John Cena.

Either what Catch Us posted, or Bryan fights Orton after winning the Rumble. Meanwhile, Triple H faces Punk with Vince reluctantly in his corner (because of what HHH almost let happen with Big Show). Punk wins, Bryan is the Champ. Whatever happens afterward other than Bryan hopefully having a three to five month reign, I have no idea. I really hope they start building up some other top heels soon, because right now it's just Orton.

The universe is accidentally destroyed by a dimension hopping Captain Atom, they all get rebooted in the new 52 and the emotional heart of the series as well as one of the best positive portrayals of homosexuals within the genre gets turned into a creepy abusive stalker-victim relationship.

Triple H stands over the defeated bodies of Orton, Cena, Punk, Bryan, Ric Flair, Bret Hart, Lesnar, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan, Chris Jericho, Bruno Sammartino, Harley Race and the Ultimate Warrior. He's holding the new Ultimate Undisputed Unified Championship of the WWE Universe high into the air. It's clear that he is the greatest, smartest, best looking wrestler of all time.
With the hint of a tear in his eye he turns to the love of his life, the virtuous Stephanie McMahon. She's a intelligent, beautiful, alpha female who doesn't back down from anybody...and she's all his. His entire life has been building up to this moment. He embraces her to an epic pop that makes the time Savage reunited with Miss Elizabeth look like child's play.
Michael Cole scampers into the ring, his hands trembling with awe and excitement.
"Triple H, you've just become the 1st ever Ultimate Undisputed Unified Champion of the WWE Universe. You've achieved your lifelong goal of becoming the greatest wrestler of all time. I mean, you even just broke The Streak! What are you going to do now?"
Triple H, being a man of sophistication and intelligence, doesn't blurt out the first thing that comes to his mind. He contemplates a few different ideas in his head, while the crowd watches on in a stunned silence. Finally, he points up into the distance towards the WrestleMania sign.
"But Triple H, we're already at WrestleMania. Are you saying you're only going to defend the title next year?"
With a smirk that could only belong to the wittiest man in the WWE Universe, Triple H responds, "Second star to the right and straight on till morning."
Suddenly, HHH and Stephanie begin to be fly into the air. The crowd still doesn't even make a sound--completely stunned by what they are witnessing. Surely they're using wires or something, right?
Before he disappears into the horizon, Triple H quickly flies back down to kick Jericho in the head before he has a chance to recover.
