I think the abundance of predictability is one of the attributes holding the Slammies back from being an awesome concept every year.
So here is an idea I have to make it more...erm... "FUN..."
Superstar of the Year is being presented by Shawn Michaels. You've got your nominees and your video packages. People will chant multiple things at once in anticipation.
The envelope is there, and Shawn opens it.
WWE pulls a Top Gear (UK) and NONE OF THEM WINS! Instead, it's Shawn himself! Shawn goes into a rant about how he refereed the biggest match of the year and made the right decision counting Daniel Bryan for the three.
Daniel comes out and challenges Shawn on the spot to a match. Instead, Shawn superkicks Bryan into the waiting arms of Hunter who then Pedigrees his ass. In the distance, KORPORATE KANE is then revealed to also have the Wyatts in his pocket in order to build up for TLC this coming Sunday!
Not saying any of you will agree, but it is an interesting thought: how can you make the Slammies better?

I'd make them more serious, and have them actually mean something.

Have them make nominee choices that actually take in consideration fan's opinions, rather than just ones that further their own objectives.

Give someone two slammies and make a gimmick of them bringing the two awards to every match and put 2x on his tights.

......all I got out of this is that TLC is next Sunday, not tonight.
Who knew?
Well, all of you I guess.
Who cared?
.....again, all of you I guess.
But not me. And I accept that.
