Mark Henry at first was a big failure, signed to a massive 10 year contract and was injured within his first 3 months on TV before returning and floundering for many years in tedious roles and he wasnt a great worker. He redeemed himself down the line.. surprisingly.
Wasnt Dr Death Steve Williams similar to the Dan Severn situation in 1998, he was to be brought in as a top heel IIRC to work with Austin eventually, but it went tits up when he got his ass handed to him in the Brawl For All?

I agree, I remember reading all about him and when he debuted I was less than impressed. He just didnt fit, and neither did Severn, for that time period anyways.

Dr. Death didn't even get a formal introduction that I can remember. I watched all the WWF programs and never saw him until Brawl For All where he was put out there as if we already knew who he was.
