Just a question. Does anyone here actually prefer WWE to all other wrestling companies

*raises hand*
TNA is shit, and indie companies are just that, indie.

Yup, I like the production values and the "entertainment" aspect. And since the in-ring product is pretty good right now, I don't watch other companies much. I sometimes watch a ROH match and appreciate teh workratez, but give me hype videos and nonsensical storylines and I'm happy as can be.

*raises hand* TNA is shit, and indie companies are just that, indie. Pretty much this. Not a knock on the indies at all, but WWE is easy to access and easy to get into. I may be hard on WWE a lot, but they are the worldwide leaders in this fake fighting business for a reason.

Only because Dramatic Dream Team isn't in English.

Yeah, it's the only company I watch on a regular basis.
I watch TNA once in a while, but I usually lose interest in it.

Yep
Used to watch TNA but lost interest. Tried watching indy wrestling but could never really get into it.

Yup. TNA's balls these days, and Indy wrestling's usually entertaining, but it's finding a way to watch it that's a problem most of the time.

Most people, I imagine. TNA is poor atm and everything else is pretty hard to get your eyes on.

WWE has been my favourite for most of it's existence, I didn't even like WCW until long after it died.
There was a time around 2004/2005 when TNA briefly overtook it (mostly due to Styles, Samoa Joe and Daniels) but I stopped watching a few months after Kurt Angle joined, I suppose I also preferred RoH to WWE at that time to thanks to The Wrestling Channel.

Yes, but it's by default.

Yes. I've been a WWE fan since age 5. I've been let down by TNA, I can't find anything reasonable to like about ROH.

Yes, but it's by default. I'm wondering about people who like it best by choice, not by default.

Yes, but it's by default. Is there anything you actually like about WWE? Anything you think they have done right in the last few years? Any match, any show, any vignette? Why do you spend so much time and energy on something that clearly makes you miserable? I find that fascinating.

Yes. At it's worst WWE has never sunk as low as TNA is right now (and has been for a long time), and I'm more invested in more members of the roster than I am of the ROH, NJPW, and PWG rosters.

I preferred WCW and ECW when they were around, the only other company I've even slightly sampled is TNA and I DEFINITELY prefer WWE to that.

WWE hasn't been my favourite in nearly a decade now. But for the first 8 months of this year it was probably my 2nd favourite (behind PWG) which is the highest it has been in a long time. It's fell down again since Summerslam but it's not to the point it was at when they first started the three hour RAW's. I stopped watching up until the new year at that point.

Definitely is WWE, I stopped watching WCW once I discovered it in mid 2000. I haven't enjoyed watching TNA regularly since 2005. I haven't been able to watch the likes of ROH and Japanese promotions since 2006 as there used to be a channel in the UK dedicated to Wrestling that no longer exists.
