A PPV so terrible that no-one bought it. {Spoiler}Because it doesn't exist. Oops, I meant Capital Punishment. My brain has been on autopilot lately.

1. King of the Ring 1995 2. December to Dismember 3. King of the Ring 1999 4. Great American Bash 2005 5. Unforgiven 2007
King of the Ring 95 wins just because there is literally nothing redeeming about the event. The other four PPVs at least had something that wasn't a waste of time whether it was a match or a segment.

I'm just gonna do a list of the ones I've actually seen, in no particular order.
1. Backlash 08 - I ordered Royal Rumble 2004 on Amazon but received this by mistake. No big deal right? I love all wrestling. This card was just garbage, and even the matches that look good on paper, HBK/Batista & the ME are just flat. I'm glad I wasn't watching WWE regular at this point.
2. Royal Rumble 95 - Boring Rumble, pointless dq finish to the main event. I can't remember the undercard at all.
3. Survivor Series 96 - the Bret/Austin match is fantastic. The other two singles matches are terrible and the 4 on 4 matches are completely dire.

I remember watching a really bad IYH PPV. It had Bret Hart Vs. Sid as the main event, I believe.

Bad Blood 2003 had a fun Shawn/Flair match, a very well done Jericho v.s. Goldberg and a watchable HHH/Kevin Nash Hell in a Cell. Can't see why it's bottom 5 material.
What is bottom 5 to me goes more like:
5) WrestleMania XV 4) Great American Bash 2004 3) Great American Bash 2005 2) December 2 Dismember 1) King of the Ring 1995
Honorable Mentions would be: -Survivor Series 1991 -Unforgiven 2007 -Capital Punishment 2011 -Armageddon 1999 -October 1995 In Your House -WrestleMania 2 -WrestleMania XI -King of the Ring 2002

I think Survivor Series from 1991-1993 were quite poor.
1991 was merely a shameless shill for Tuesday in Texas
1992 had the last minute change to the main event
1993 - grudge match between Lawler and the Hart's was conspicuously missing Lawler, on of the Doinks were Doink and the PPV ended with Santa coming to the ring. You don't get much worse than that.

I've never seen December To Dismember, King Of The Ring 95 or GAB 04. Do I win a prize?

I will be honest, I have actually sat through GAB 2004. I remember buying a boxed set that had this and Vengeance 2004 a few years ago at Borders, mostly because I was in a collecting phase. I watched it because I have read how bad it was and I wanted to see for myself. I can say that I enjoyed the Fatal 4-Way match, Rey vs. Chavo, and JBL vs. Eddie. That's pretty much it. The rest of the matches were better suited for Smackdown and Velocity. They had no business being on PPV. Oh, and I almost forgot about the main event. Not only was it bad that Undertaker took on the Dudleys in a handicapped match with Paul Heyman ranting and raving about "doing the right thing," but there was also the part about Taker pulling the lever on Paul Bearer.

I just saw Survivor Series 1993 for the first time recently, and holy shit is it bad. At least it gave us: I have to agree it's not one of the best, but I think between Savage's surprise appearance, the Owen/Bret stuff and what I found to be a fun main event I can't really see it as top 5 material. I might be biased as it is from the first year I was watching wrestling and I was only 6. My family wouldn't order it, so I had really built it up in my head as being this amazing show, to the extent that watching it from the video store only confirmed that impression.
