After seeing the Superstars spoilers, I hoped someone would start a Superstars thread with this title. YAY!!! The TLC set up and the two titles hanging made Superstars feel like a bigger deal. For some weird reason, Alex Riley is a lot more tolerable on Superstars  than he is on NXT or when he's filling in for Miz on Main Event. It's like when he works those other two shows, it somehow flips a switch inside him that makes him spout verbal hot garbage. With the three person format on NXT, it seems like he and whoever are constantly talking over each other or on some occasions throwing shade at each other. Can we just let him commentate Superstars and leave him available to wrestle on the other shows. Am I the only one who likes Kaitlyn's current theme song? I know that Aksana's ring skills aren't well regarded, but she really isn't all that bad. And I think her little crawling thing is sexy. Los Matadores' actually look awesome now that their masks actually match with their attires. They're wrestling 3MB again. That's sad. But Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre are my favorite combination of 3MB because I love how they mesh their individual "aggressive" personas into the 3MB gimmick. I hate to say it because I actually like 3MB, but I think Jinder and Drew are better off without Heath Slater. Without Heath present at ringside, they aren't hamming it up as much, and I can take them a whole lot more seriously. |
